The Jesse M. Smith Memorial Library

The library's entrance is at 144 Main Street, in the village of Harrisville, Rhode Island. The picturesque brick building is located on the corner of East Avenue (Route 107) and Harrisville's Main Street. (Note: Harrisville's Main Street is a short section of Route 107 which runs between Steere Farm and Sherman Farm Roads.) Local MAP

The easiest access to Harrisville is from Route 102:

To get on Route 102
From Route 146 take Route 102S
From Route 7 take Route 102S
From Route 44 take Route 102N

The turn from Route 102 onto Route 107, East Avenue, Harrisville, is clearly marked. Travel West on East Avenue from Route 102. When you cross the bridge at the waterfall, you will see the Assembly Theatre and the Library ahead on your right.

There is on street parking on Main Street in front of the library, as well as a parking lot directly opposite the library on East Avenue. Additional parking is located behind the library at the Assembly Theatre on East Avenue.
