Each member of the library public is to be welcomed, fairly and courteously, without discrimination.

The Library is a member of OSL, Ocean State Libraries. If there's a book you need that Jesse Smith doesn't own, but which is owned by another OSL library, you can probably get it quickly through OSL Interlibrary Loan.

The OSL catalog can be searched from your home computer via the Internet. If you log in using your OSL library card number, you can place holds and renew materials online, check on what materials you have out and what materials you have requested a hold on, and whether you have fines owing. Please use the OSL link on the Jesse Smith Library's Home Page.
