The Post Office does not have tax forms.
Tax forms from the library:
The most common Federal Tax Forms are now
available at the library, and the library also has a book of reproducible
Federal Tax Forms and instructions which patrons can copy for
15 cents per page.

Taxpayer Alert: Beware of Altered Tax Forms
The use of fictitious Internal Revenue Service (IRS) correspondence has become a common means to trick individuals into disclosing personal and financial information. The validity of any IRS forms should be verified through the IRS Website or through a professional tax preparer.

Online tax assistance is available through the
American Association of Retired People (AARP)
Tax-Aide Site.
This site has lots of useful tax information, as well as links to other
reputable tax sites which may be of assistance.
American Association of Retired People (AARP)
The AARP Tax-Aide Program is available February 1 - April 15 each year. During the off-season, their program continues to provide on-line tax counseling and trains our volunteer cadre for the upcoming season.
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA)
The VITA Program offers free tax help to low-income (under $35,000) people who cannot prepare their own tax returns. Volunteers sponsored by various organizations receive training to help prepare basic tax returns in communities across the country. VITA sites are generally located at community and neighborhood centers, libraries, schools, shopping malls, and other convenient locations. Most locations also offer free electronic filing. IRS e-file
IRS e-file is provides taxpayers with an online method of filing taxes. Browse through the information contained on these pages to determine your e-file options.
The Internal Revenue Service has entered into partnership agreements with a number of companies to foster electronic filing. As a convenience to taxpayers, the Internal Revenue Service has provided links to these companies' web sites, and the companies have provided descriptions of their products and services.

Taxpayer Advocate Service
The Taxpayer Advocate Service is
an independent organization within the IRS that helps taxpayers resolve problems with the IRS and recommends changes that will prevent the problems. If you are experiencing economic harm or seeking help in resolving tax problems that have not been resolved through normal channels, you may be eligible for Taxpayer Advocate Service assistance. Your assigned Case Advocate will listen to your point of view and will work with you to address your concerns.
Low Income Taxpayer Clinics Audits, appeals, collection issues
If you are a low income taxpayer who cannot afford professional tax assistance during audits of your federal income tax return, you may qualify for help from Low Income Taxpayer Clinics or other organizations that provide free assistance in tax disputes. Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITCs) represent low income taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service in audit, appeals, and collection issues, for free or for a nominal charge.
