Computer Classes

The following workshops are being offered at Harmony Library. Registration for these workshops is required and classes will be limited to three (3) persons per session. Please register at the Circulation Desk or contact the Harmony Library at 949-2850 for more information.

Basic Computing is an introductory class for patrons with no previous computer experience. Instruction on starting up and shutting down your computer, using your mouse, and other beginning skills. Learn the first steps towards using your computer. Schedule to be posted.

Basic Internet introduces the computer user to the beginning steps of getting "online." Build both your skills and your confidence about internet access. Patrons will learn how to access the Harmony Library homepage from home, and search for materials in the CLAN system. Schedule to be posted.

Q & A or Email sessions are designed for the computer user with some previous computer experience. Patrons may come to class with questions or concerns they may have about using their computer. If time permits, patrons can address concerns about accessing, or using, their email accounts more effectively. Schedule to be posted.
