Programs

"Books for Brownell"

Patrons can honor a loved one and help out their library at the same time with a new program that was introduced in December.  "Books for Brownell" encourages patrons to add to the library's collection by having a book dedicated in memory or in honor of someone they love.

Books can be chosen from a display of discounted selections, available at the library, or purchased elsewhere and brought in.  The honoree and donor names are inscribed on a bookplate or colored stamp in front of the book which is then placed in the library's general collection.

Whether the dedication wishes "Happy Birthday to a child, shares a personal message, or is in memory of a loved one, "Books for Brownell" is a unique way to bring smiles to readers (and librarians!) for years to come.

BOOK DISCUSSION GROUP

Meets first Wednesday of every month @ 6:30 P.M. at the library.

Please contact the library if you are interested or have any questions. (401-635-8562)
