Directions: Traveling north or south on Interstate 95: Take Exit 22 to downtown Providence. Continue straight on Memorial Boulevard, turn left onto Waterman Street at the third set of traffic lights. Halfway up the hill, turn right onto Benefit Street. The Museum is on your right.

Parking: The Metropark lot at the corner of North Main &  Steeple Streets offers half price parking to the visitors of the Museum. Validate your parking ticket at the Museum's front desk.

The RISD Museum houses over 80,000 works of art, ranging from ancient Greek and Roman sculpture to French Impressionist paintings, from Chinese stone and terracotta sculpture to contemporary art in every medium, including textiles, ceramics, glass and furniture. The Museum’s collection is displayed in 45 galleries on three floors, tracing the history of art from antiquity to the 21st century.
